There are a couple things we need to accomplish at next week's weigh in's
- Money collected ~ so have the cold hard cash (or a check) with you
- Before pictures taken (make sure the before is a very unhappy sight ;P)
- Measurements will be offered. Great way to see results if the scale is NOT cooperating
- Elect group officials (chairperson, treasurer, web lackey)
- Discuss goals and decide if we want a reward for goal achieved. I offer that we can all agree on a couple goals (outside of losing pounds) that if accomplished earn you money or something (money is easy and always accepted ;P). For instance, we could make a goal of working out for a certain amount of hours. If you accomplish that every week for the duration, get a prize. Whomever never gains weight at the weigh in. Staying the same could be okay but not going back to or above starting weight again for duration. We'd all have the same criteria with one clear winner.
- All personal information to chairperson for contacting (e mail address, phone, address etc etc etc )
- Decide on a permanent name for group (change or stay the same)
- Recruiting (do we have the buy in deadline moved back one week to recruit more members? bigger kitty...)
Work it girlfriend, work it....work it....

Hey- acting chairman Cholie.... Liz said that we could talk to Wendy (who works the front desk every Thursday AM) and every week if there's a conference room available we can use it. Might be good for next weeks weigh in to get some stuff done. If anybody's reading this... the closer you can get there to 8 next week would be better. Then we could all get a lot accomplished in a conference room somewhere.
Amy Watson and I went to a Swim aerobics class on Saturday and invited 4 more people to the Chicks! I know of one that said she will come for sure. I like the conference room idea. Hopefully we will have a few more join the group. Also, not understanding the other rewards. I think it would benefit many to have more chance of winning cash, but the rules need to be in black and white to do it. Okay, Have a fabulous day!
